We Understand that though we may not be able to control what type of image or energy the rest of the world chooses to share, we do have THE say so where we ourselves are concerned should we choose to say so.

If you find it difficult to participate in group settings due to personal limitations you may consider private sessions which will meet your specific needs allowing you to move at your own pace within your own space.
